To deliver consistency from brand messaging to the customers experience by channel Customink undertook a rebranding in 2017. As part of this process I initiated a review of the new brand standards and proposed to lead an effort to develop a new style guide and design system to align channel experiences and brand standards
As a first step I needed to secure alignment amongst the leadership team (Brand and Product) to invest the resources and obtain consensus approval towards making this a priority across our teams. With this we established a committee which I lead that ultimately developed the proposal for this new style guide and design system. These deliverables became the foundation and parameters by which we created user experiences going forward
